The Trade Union Institute for Development Cooperation (ISCOD) was created by the UGT Confederal Congress XXXV of 1989.
Actions are implemented in Africa, Latin America and the Balkans.

ISCOD is a Non Governmental Development Agency.
Currently, it has three regional offices and seven regional in Latin America (Andean, Central America and Caribbean and Southern Cone) and a branch in Morocco.
