Founded in 1986 Volontariato Internazionale Per Lo Sviluppo (VIS) or International Volunteer Service for Development is a non-profit and Non-Governament Organization (NGO), which began to operate as an educational agency.
In 1991, through a mandate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, VIS started carrying out projects of International Cooperation for development.
