Overall objective:
To promote social dialogue as a tool to contribute to poverty reduction and social inclusion of workers in the informal economy and vulnerable groups

Specific objective:
Empower workers organizations for the generation and stabilization of employment policy and access to social protection through programs tailored to workers in the informal economy

Expected Results
• 720 young people trained
• 1,000 workers formed
• 400 workers of the informal economy accessed for the first time to social security services
• 200 working organisations constituted
• 100 trade unionists formed
• 50 working organisations trained to be more representative and able to develop good practices in social dialogue
• 300,000 workers informed of their labor rights, occupational health, migrants rights.

Activities:
Support for the inscription in the civil registry of workers;
Support for the organization of workers, technical and vocational training, leadership training, information campaigns on labor rights, occupational health, decent work, social protection;
Workshops for the informal economy, plan design services for workers in the informal economy and tripartite Forums for informal economy (seminars, workshops, trade fairs, etc.).
Creation of a Department of Migrants in the unions;
Creation of a Project and Advocacy Department in the unions;
Creation of an observatory on the informal economy and migrant workers including trade unions, NGOs, local and national governments, regional and international level: Exchange for adoption of best practices with the sectoral trade unions in Italy.
Coordination with CSA programs (partner), ITUC;
Diffusion and multiplication of results, exchange of experiences and good practices
