The Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (TUCA) is the regional organization of the International Trade Union Confederation for the Americas. It is the largest regional workers´ organization in the Americas. Founded in 2008 in Panama City, it represents more than 55 million workers belonging to 48 national trade union organizations distributed in 21 countries. TUCA is the regional structure of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC).
