The persecution and proscription of unionism in the military dictatorships and neoliberal measures that maked more flexible the labor regulations and weakened the union structure along the 90, has decimated the union’s influence in El Salvador.
The project aims to contribute to the strengthening of the union by promoting trade union as a tool for improving the conditions of life and work, union training and job counseling.
_It will benefit a thousand workers: 600 women and 400 men.
