Union of Insurance Employees in Finland (Vakuutusväen Liitto VvL ry in Finnish) is meant to all the employees working in the insurance business and it is the only labour union in Finland that has the rights to collective bargaining in insurance business.

The Union of Insurance Employees was founded in 1945.
