Objective
To improve factory-level negotiations and bargaining efforts utilizing public data in Bangladesh’s ready-made garment sector.

The Solidarity Center will expand upon its existing evidence-based worker empowerment efforts, expertise and relationships in Bangladesh’s RMG sector to strengthen skills and foster the capacity of trade union federations (TUFs) and factory level leaders to enhance negotiations and collective bargaining through the understanding and utilization of publicly available data.
