The project is aimed at better structuring of the potential power of working women in trade unions and NGOs raise its profile in internal decision making and make trade union policies more gender sensitive in the political exchange with public authorities in Balkan countries.
Activities are aimed at building expert capacities and self-confidence in policy-making through training, developing national action plans to advance the understanding of gender mainstreaming and the positive effects for both men and women, the economy and society at large thus strengthening the civil society organisations and partnerships between the CSOs from the Balkans which are engaged in gender equality issues
