The trade union federation, ZATUC, is still small, and needs support in order to become stronger. Training in trade union issues is central. The activities planned are workshops, campaigns, courses in collective bargaining, training of women and young workers

Objectives
The trade union confederation in Zanzibar is stronger, and has a good dialogue with employers and government in its fight for workers’ rights.
