Description
The project will continue the organizational development of OTM to enable them to successfully implement their prioritized areas. Considering that OTM has made marginal progress in attaining financial self-reliance despite having received LO-Norway support over several years, it is believed that the organization still needs institutional support.

Objectives
The trade union confederation in Mozambique is stronger and more representative, and capable of engaging in constructive dialogue with employers and government in its fight for workers’ rights.

Recruitment and organising, Building and training of local structures at workplace level, Education and training, especially of negotiators, Awareness building, Internal reorganising.
