Description and working method :
Continuation of the external training and guidance by two experienced Dutch trainers to the core group of MPRA organisers so that the group learns to support the young company trade unions effectively and guide them as they build up and strengthen their unions ;
to continue and deepen the process of building up a trade union in a number of companies so that numbers of members and shop stewards rise ;
to coach, train and support the newly formed groups of show stewards and committees

Objectives
Strengthen and consolidate the trade union organisation within their companies.
