Description
The project with The Ethiopian Industrial Federation of Construction, Wood, Metal, Cement & Other Trade Union Workers, is geared towards training. Basic training in Collective Bargaining is central but also courses for women trade unionists are integrated.

Objectives
The industrial trade union in Ethiopia is stronger and more representative, and capable of engaging in constructive dialogue with employers.
