Objectives :
Improve project quality (requests, implementation and reports) and increase the capacities of multilateral and bilateral partner organisations in South Asia, particularly in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Broaden in a structural way the cooperation programmes in Bangladesh and Nepal and help to draft a country programme for India.
