Objectives:
1) Enhance the institutional and organisational development of agriculture and allied rural workers’ unions
2) Provide access of livelihood resources to unorganised agriculture and allied rural workers
3) Reduce discrimination based on caste, gender, HIV/AIDS and inhuman labour practices.
4) Increase government willingness to implement coherent policies, strategies and reforms to promote the development of unorganised agricultural and allied rural workers.
