The program will create a reliable source of clean bricks that will advance worker rights, including by reducing bonded labor and child labor, and ensure that brick kiln workers receive fair wages and can access adequate health care. The program will build awareness of the Decent Work Brick Kiln Framework and advocate for its adoption. The program will also promote and facilitate implementation of a new approach to inspection of brick kilns and certification of clean bricks.
