Description
Six trade union organisations of three economic sectors significantly expand their membership and its impact on decent working conditions and labour relations : strategies and concrete proposals for growth, unity, collective bargaining, social dialogue and democratisation of social and labour relations.

Objectives
Project Objective : Six union organisations with a presence in at least three economic sectors have expanded their affiliation base and their impact on working conditions, and have promoted the discussion of a new model of labour relations in their companies, sectors and in the country.
Development Objective : To contribute to the achievement of decent work and the democratisation of labour relations as a contribution to overcoming inequality and to building a lasting peace in the country.
