PIT-CNT, Inter-Union Workers (PIT - Plenario Intersindical de Trabajadores) and National Workers Convention (CNT - Convención Nacional de Trabajadores), was was founded in 1964. It’s the only union confederation in Uruguay.
The PIT-CNT has 120 000 members.
