The Philippine Employer-Labor Social Partners, Inc. (PELSPI) is a SEC-registered association of employers, labor and academe. Its core principles revolves around the three pillars of decent work, productivity and competitiveness. The vision is to focus on decent work and productivity as the base for achieving competitiveness ; for the survival of the enterprise, as well as for the improvement of the workers living standards and human development. The mission of PELSPI is aligned with a nationalist development agenda.
