The association Oltre Confine (Beyond Border) created eto take concrete actions to promote initiatives and aimed at raising awareness for the civil defense of human rights and people.

In addition Oltre Confine is a cultural association that aims to collect experiences carried out in Ferrara in favor of populations, refugees and situations in which the sovereignty of law is the only guarantee of freedom.
