budget: 476,539 EUR

The project aims to create a mobile school to provide training and general information and union material to the municipalities that are poorly communicating, even those most remote municipalities of the states in the Northeast which do not usually have access to such opportunities.
A bus will be acquired, which will become mobile classroom and laboratory, which will be provided with educational materials and a space for participation and information gathering. Mobile School will have a classroom and / or computer lab with Internet access, the platform will be an open source and will work in a bus, allowing the movement to all States of the region and giving the possibility to access and knowledge of new technologies to the populations.
Also it will have audiovisual equipment and teaching resources. The school will run from a schedule, preceded by a planning and coordination with the CUT’s of the Northeast and entities belonging to social movements and public authorities. The same association will develop training activities and workshops related to the world of work.

Alongside will be a regional diagnosis on the labor market in the 270 municipalities covered in order to get the project to serve as a basis for action planning and guidance for the union action of the CUT and unions in the region. This assessment will help identify experiences in solidarity economy groups in the region that can serve to replicate in the area and even enable networking

In addition, over the two years of the project, will be held a meeting of international network to promote relations between the CUT union, the CISL, the UGT, ISCOD, and ISCOS and exchange experiences in various parts of the region of Pernambuco. The project will undertake activities in the 9 states of the NE during the 24 months of project implementation, and will cover 30 municipalities by state.
Towards the end of the project will be carried out a regional evaluation of the activities in the first two years to assess what has been achieved in the project and plan to carry out actions in the three years following completion of the project. At that meeting will be involved about 35 people.
