Objective 1:To enhance the ability of trade unions in Tunisia and Morocco to contribute to economic and social policy reform processes

Objective 2:To strengthen the capacity of trade unions in Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria to promote the ratification and/or enforcement of ILO core labor standards

Objective 3 : To broaden and strengthen the capacity of trade unions in Morocco and Tunisia to advance worker rights and freedom of association through worker organizing, collective bargaining, and advocacy campaigns

Objective 4 : To encourage the direct participation of grassroots workers in Tunisia to promote protections against gender-based violence and harassment at work
