Description
To consolidate the regional and subregional committees (youth, LGBTI and against racism and xenophobia). Trade unionists educated to promote equal opportunities for all ; unionists capable of defending affirmative policies (progress and not regression) in Latin American public policies. Strengthening trade unions inclusively and to promote their participation in PSI - defending affirmative policies.

Objectives
Project Objectives : Unions are increasingly able to present and enforce political union demands for inclusion and equality, the creation of decent work and equal opportunities for all ethnic, youth and LGBT groups.

Development Goal : The trade union movement contributes to the application of equal rights and social justice to young people, blacks, indigenous peoples and the LGBT community in Latin America.
