Learn to participate. Forums of tripartite consultation and social concertation in the provinces for true Social Dialogue
Description
One of the biggest challenges faced by the institutions of social dialogue as the Labour Advisory Commission (CCT) is the lack of negotiating skills, which leads to unbalanced and generally negative resolutions. In addition, there is no appropriate mechanism of coordination between TDC and provincial institutions of social dialogue. A third problem is related to the concern expressed due to the establishment of the CCT that could exclude other social groups whose involvement could add value to the development of social and economic policies.
