Objective 1 : To build union capacity in Ecuador and Peru to more effectively engage employers around workplace issues

Objective 2:To build the capacity of unions in Ecuador and Peru to more effectively represent workers’ interests in social dialogue venues to protect fundamental worker rights

To support the trade union movement in Ecuador and Peru to achieve a unified voice that reactivates tripartite social dialogue and continues to advocate for greater enforcement of labor rights, the Center will provide technical assistance to trade unions to develop joint strategies to advocate for legal reforms and policies that strengthen the protection of labor rights and to restore democratic social dialogue spaces.
