Description of the project
To build the capacities of trade union and migrant rights NGO partners in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Eurasia, the Middle East and North Africa to advance migrant workers rights, the Center will support cross-regional collaboration and learning to influence national, regional and international policy discussions and decisions that impact democratic norms for migrant workers. This work will encourage coordinated labor movement responses to more effectively influence the migration policy environments within the context of the Global Compact for Migration.

Objective:To support trade unions and other migrant worker rights organizations through cross-regional collaboration to more effectively influence the relevant migration policy environments (national, regional and international) to achieve greater respect for migrant worker rights and protect their essential basic freedoms
