Project description
To strengthen the capacity of workers, unions and their human rights allies to effectively address long-term inequalities rooted in sexism, racism, ableism, classism, xenophobia, and gender stereotypes that oppress and exclude women and other marginalized groups from equal and active participation in democracy building, the Center will support unions and their allies in their efforts to increase participation of women and other vulnerable workers in union leadership and decision-making.

Objective 1: To strengthen the capacity of unions and their allies to engage in inclusive and intersectional approaches to power building to increase participation of women and other marginalized workers in union participation, leadership and decision-making

Objective 2: To expand and deepen the leadership of women workers and other marginalized workers advocating for equality and inclusion, including their advocacy for implementation of C190 in their unions and ratification of C190 by their governments
