The Filcams CGIL is the Italian Federation Trade, Hotels, Canteens and Services, a trade union CGIL category created in March 1960 by the union of FILAM (Italian Federation of Workers Hotels Canteens and Spa) with FILCEA (Italian Federation of Workers Trade and Aggregates) .
The Filcams is engaged in the protection of workers at a trade union level by contracting national labor union meetings, territorial bargaining and corporate management of social security funds and initiatives. It also provides support workers for other types of services : information and contractual law, control of pay slips, appeal the dismissal, applying for unemployment benefits, labor dispute or legal assistance of various kinds.
