Enhancing business environment through social dialogue in Mozambique
Immediate objectives :
1. Prepare the ground for higher quality in social dialogue through the creation of adequate research capacity within OTM-CM ;
2. Strengthen the internal network and information sharing within the trade union movement ;
3. Strengthen the advocacy role of OTM-CS in labour market and business related issues.
Development objectives :
To strengthen the foundation for a knowledge-based social dialogue in the labour market in Mozambique.
Working methods
1. Upgrading CONEFS from being a training institution to be a knowledge based training and research facility within the OTM-CS structure. Training in data collection.
2. Establishment of trade union communication network.
3. Workshops for negotiators and communication network
