Objective
Undertake a culture study to assess workers knowledge and understanding of GBVH and their rights.
Together with it’s partner, WRC, the SC supports a multi funded program in Lesotho to combat gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work.
SC will work with partners to prevent and address gender-based violence and harassment against workers in the Nien Hsing factories of Lesotho.
