Description
The project will enable CETU and the 9 Industrial Federations executives to communicate with numerous employers and trade unions within the country on the issues of workers. This will create improved working relationship among the social partners, (government, employers and employees). This project will have a component on training within CETU in the area of trainers’ training, industrial conflict resolution, labour law and collective bargaining, gender equality, and occupational health and safety. In addition there will be training on social dialogue and some joint activities for LO/CETU and NHO/EEF.

Objectives
The trade union confederation in Ethiopia is stronger and more representative, and capable of engaging in constructive dialogue with employers and government.
