Description
Cambodia Food and Services Workers is an independent union which has a membership of 3229 of which 1821 are women. It represents workers from the Services and entertainment sector. The service and entertainment sector is a growing sector in Cambodia. The entertainment sector covers beer garden workers, massage workers, karaoke workers and bar workers. The sector is mostly covered by women workers while it is one of the most insecure, risky and dangerous sectors in terms of security and stability.

Objectives
The objective is to organise vulnerable entertainment workers in order to have their rights protected. APHEDA also influences policy making processes regarding OSH protection for entertainment workers as well assexual harrassment policies at the workplace.
