Description
Protecting the dignity of women workers and strengthening the capacities of CETU in promoting decent work and implementing gender policies with special attention to the entitlements in bargaining, Occupational Health and Safety, social protection, protection from harassment and sexual abuse.

To contribute to promote the social participation and the entitlements of women workers.

Type of activities
Training courses for women workers and company assemblies on contract, Decent Work, Occupational Health and Safety, Gender policy; Training days and seminars for union delegates and cadres; Research on the real working conditions of women, on the violation of their rights and the harassment and abuse they suffered; Establishment / strengthening of female work councils; Institution of tables of decentralized negotiation and consultation at company level.
