The ENS, National Union School is a training project and training association, created by the CUT Chile and executed by FIEL Foundation Institute for Labour Studies

The ENS is constructed as a system of permanent union formation with quality, creativity and innovation, in order to becomes a way by which the CUT builds, refines and strengthens, a dialectical process subject to political and social actors highly trained to lead social change processes and able to operate on the national reality in terms of meeting the objectives and institutional development and strengthening of a strong socio-political unionism, rooted in the founding principles of union movement.
