The Paraguayan Confederation of Cooperatives - CONPACOOP Ltd., is a third degree cooperative, of an industry association, which serves as a center for discussion and analysis of issues affecting the entire cooperative sector in the country, legal, educational, tax aspects. It was incorporated on October 15, 1991 as the principal body of union representation and defense of the cooperative movement in Paraguay. Its partners are the second degree cooperatives (Central and Federations).
