The Centre for Research and Popular Education Germinal (Centro de Estudios y Educación Popular Germinal) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2001 by a group of social scientists from different experiences of organization, participation, community work and popular education.

The goal that led to the creation of Germinal CEEP is to provide from the field of education, training, research and dissemination, knowledge, information, data, elements for the development and strengthening of experiences and organizational processes of the various political, social, trade union and people of Paraguay.
