The Psychosocial Attention Center (Centro de Atención Psicosocial - CAPS), is a non-profit civil association, whose axes are mental health and human rights, seeking the recovery of people affected by the consequences of political and social violence and influence civil society and public entities, to promote an equitable democratic society.
