Objectives:
1) the union has an established and functioning women’s network and executive committee with all necessary regulations and a budget;
2) the union has a pool of competent, skilled women forming the basis of a network that can grow and who already have seats on committees and boards or have offered their services for these;
3) the union has elaborated proposals for its gender policy and/or made proposals for gender specific parts of other policies ready to enter union channels for adoption, including lobbying strategies.
