To assist workers in the Middle East and North Africa to work collectively to defend their rights and advocate for their needs through independent unions, the Center will train unionists on workplace level representation and internal organizing, who will then train elected workplace level union representatives around the country. Jordan and Palestine: Independent Unions as Leaders for Change

In Jordan the Center will guide unions in drafting a new law in line with ILO conventions and support a radio program to serve as the public voice of independent unions.
