One of the biggest challenges faced by the institutions of social dialogue as the Labour Advisory Commission (CCT) is the lack of negotiating skills, which leads to unbalanced and generally negative resolutions. In addition, there is no appropriate mechanism of coordination between TDC and provincial institutions of social dialogue.
