ART (Articulación de Redes Territoriales) is an international collaborative initiative that brings together programs and activities of several United Nations agencies : such as UNDP, UNHCR, ILO, WHO, UNESCO, UNIFEM, UNITAR, UNOPS, among others. The Initiative promotes a new type of multilateralism in which the United Nations system works with governments to promote the active participation of local communities and social actors from all countries.

ART GOLD Bolivia is one of the Programs - Setting multidonor International ART Initiative (Articulating Territorial and Thematic Networks of Human Development) linking various programs and activities of UN organizations, bilateral donors and actors of decentralized cooperation, in a common effort to support national policies and local development processes in the country.
