The Foundation’s Local Economic Development Agency of Morazán (Fundación Agencia de Desarrollo Económico Local de Morazán) is a private, nonprofit, apolitical and participatory operation. It was created in 1993 by different economic-productive organizations, grassroots organizations, with the support of the central government, local governments, and PRODERE / UNDP.
