Objective 1: To strengthen capacity of trade union networks to improve their collective documentation of labor violence in Honduras and Guatemala.

Objective 2: To improve the capacity of local unions and CSO networks in Honduras and Guatemala to effectively advocate for increased investigation of labor violence and threats.

Objective 3: To build the capacity of trade union women and men in Honduras and Guatemala to effectively advocate combating gender-based violence in the world of work, locally and globally.
