The progressive implementation of regional decentralization of institutions provides an opportunity for local social dialogue marking public willingness to consult and involve the best forces in the decision-making mechanisms and development. CGSLB and CBS will strengthen the regional components of the CSB to engage in a genuine dialogue with decentralized structures.
