UDI Ferrara was founded in 1945. It is open to all women who work, live in Italy.

In its sixty years of activity, the UDI is an active protagonist of the conquest of laws, services, facilities, aimed at achieving freedom and self-determination of women, and to promote a new culture of relations between the genders.

There are many local branches of the UDI in Italy, as in Ferrara, where the office is open every day and many clubs are active in the province.
