Description:
Participants in local educational courses acquire new knowledge and ideas so that they are better able to develop SHWE policies in their own companies;
Objectives:
To complete and translate an SHWE manual for company use;
To enable shop stewards to set up SHWE committees that will work actively to improve SHWE policy in the companies.
