Description
The project seeks to strengthen SATUCC’s in-house technical capacities in developing alternative policy and strategic frameworks for the various challenges confronting the labour movement within SADC, and providing SATUCC affiliates with strong technical policy support at a national level.

Objectives
The trade union network for Southern Africa is capacitated to influence regional policy for the promotion of decent work in the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

Type of activities
Provide technical policy support to national affiliates, Develop and disseminate information on regional policy developments and position papers to affiliates, Coordination.
