Description
The trade union in Swaziland is in need of capacity building in order to position itself to advance the cause of labour. It needs to improve its skills in collective bargaining, recruitment and mobilisation, membership databases, management of accounting and financial information and gender integration. It is of particular importance for the federation to have its books and statistics in order given the complicated political situation it is facing.

Objectives
The independent national centre in Swaziland continue to operate and defend democracy and workers’ rights.
