Specific Objective:
Reinforced CSE promoted the rights of Ecuadorian workers and their implementation through social dialogue - with particular attention to youth, women and the environment

Strategy: Strengthening of capacities
Result 1 (the level of development of services): The CSE has leaders and executives who have asked for a better enforcement of labor law (code) and more health and safety at work
Result 2 (at organizational development level): The CSE has leaders and executives who supported their trade unions and their members to organize
Result 3 (at institutional development level): The CSE has leaders and executives who have strengthened their strategic position with other trade unions to restore social dialogue and workers’ rights
