CENAC (Centro de accion al cambio)has its headquarters in the city of La Paz, and a regional city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra and another in the village of Macha, North Chayanta Province Potosí - Bolivia.

The work environment is a national non-profit and, with legal personality and independent of that of its partners, with full capacity to achieve its objectives.

It is as voluntary association, apolitical, secular and lasting indefinitely.

The purpose of the association is to promote and generate training and educational changes from the implementation of plans, programs and projects that promote empowerment, capacity building, human and social development, and for the impoverished country.
